DEPARTMENTS AND PROGRAMS

ADULT EDUCATION - The Adult Education program provides adults with the opportunity to complete their high school education, study for citizenship, learn the English language, or pursue their study of subjects and skills of interest to members of our community. 

BUSINESS SERVICES - The Business Services Department administers the District's budget, fiscal, and accounting services. Payroll and Purchasing also operate within this department, but have their own pages which are available below.

CAMPUS CATERING - The Campus Catering Department provides food services at school sites. Click on the Quick Link "Cafeteria Menus" for lunch and breakfast menus in the column to the left. Apply for free and reduced priced meals through Campus Catering.

EDUCATIONAL SERVICES - The Educational Services Division administers curriculum and instruction services, special projects and categorically funded programs, and the operation of the Tri-Valley Teacher Induction Program within our District.

CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTION - The Curriculum and Instruction Department is responsible for the development and implementation of all aspects of the District's instructional program.

  • AMERICAN INDIAN PROGRAM - The American Indian Program offers additional learning opportunities for students of American Indian ancestry under Title VII of Federal statute.
     
  • TRI-VALLEY TEACHER INDUCTION PROGRAM - The TV/TIP program provides support services for beginning teachers within our District.

FACILITIES - The Facilities and Planning Department identifies the need for schools which requires renovation or modernization, plans and constructs projects, and builds new facilities as approved by the Board of Education. The Department is also responsible for enrollment projections and school attendance boundaries, the District's Emergency Preparedness Program and collection of Developer's Fees.

HUMAN RESOURCES - The Human Resources Office is responsible for the administration of the District's employee recruitment, hiring, supervision, and evaluation processes as well as employee contract administration, employee health and welfare benefits, and employee-employer relations.

INFORMATION SUPPORT SERVICES - The "ISS" Department is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of District level technology services, including the maintenance of this web site and the District's network infrastructure..

MAINTENANCE & OPERATIONS - The Maintenance Department is dedicated to contributing positively and professional the education and welfare of students.

PAYROLL SERVICES - The Payroll Office is responsible for producing the District's monthly payroll as well as the implementation of the District's employee benefits program.

PURCHASING OFFICE - The Purchasing Office is responsible for the processing of all purchase orderes, the operation of the District's bid process, and the operation of District level warehouse services. 

STUDENT SERVICES OFFICE - The Student Services Office is responsible for management the student enrollment and transfer process, providing support services in the areas of student discipline, poor attendance, substance abuse, special education, as well as the physical and mental health needs of our students.

SUMMER SCHOOL - The Summer School program provides students an opportunity to make up courses, take courses that might not otherwise fit into their schedules, or improve skill levels in academic basics.
