EXEMPTION CLAIM 2007-08

This form must be filed no later than May 1, 2007.

Thanks to Livermore voters, we will be implementing the following programs for the 2005-2006 school year:

• Returning class size reduction to grades K,2, & 3. The District already pays for first grade.
• Returning lost sections to middle and high schools. This will return our staffing ratio to that of 2003-2004.
• Returning library tech time to 20 hours/week at elementary schools and 30 hours/week at middle schools.
• Providing two counselors for each of the comprehensive high schools.
• Providing two 40-minute periods of science per week with a science specialist in grades 1-5.
• Providing four sections of electives to each middle school.
