How do I go about ordering something on approval?
You would use the same procedure as a regular order, make out a purchase requisition except note somewhere on the body of the requisition that it is on approval and purchasing will then make the same note on the purchase order. Purchasing will in addition send you a reminder when the item has arrived that you must notify us if it meets with your approval or do you wish to return the item.

How do I return something that was ordered over the phone without a purchase order.
Sorry, you're on your own. When you order merchandise without the benefit of a purchase order it becomes your personal purchase. We recommend you mail it back UPS and keep all documentation in the event the package gets lost you have insurance and proof that it was returned. Now if you had ordered it on a purchase order you would just return the package to purchase along with a note as to why you wish to return it and we will take care of the rest, it becomes our responsibility.

What if I received something damaged or it is not what I expected?
Just return the item to purchasing along with a note giving us the purchase order number and stating the problem. Purchasing will take care of contacting the vendor and getting a replacement or credit.

How do I return something I ordered from the warehouse?
Just return the item to the warehouse along with a copy of the original stores requisition. Send a note as to why you are returning the merchandise and upon receipt we will issue full credit to your account. Keep in mind you have 30 days to return merchandise within the same fiscal year.

What is the cost to return items to the warehouse?
Contact purchasing for approval first. A copy of original order must accompany the order marked "RETURN FOR CREDIT". A minimum $10 handling fee or 10% of the order will be charges. Items to be returned must be new and in resalable condition. Items that have been at the site over 30 days or ordered in the previous fiscal year are un-returnable.

What if I am not happy with the quality of what you have in the warehouse?
We do have a feedback form on the web page. Please give us as much information as possible, such as the catalog number and be as specific as possible with regards to the reason you do not like the merchandise. Feel free to offer another brand if you know of one. We appreciate your opinion and do not take the criticism of products personally.

Do we have an account with Good Guys, Costco, or Albertson's (local Vendors)?
Yes, these vendors are just a few of the many vendors that will accept our purchase orders. Please call or e-mail purchasing with the particular vendor you are looking to do business with, chances are we have an account with them.

What if I would like to purchase an Apple Computer for my home, do we get educational discounts?
