Hours include: 5 hours per day (7:45-12:45) and 25 hours prep time, set up and staff meetings. The program will run four days per week, for a total of 24 instructional days. Team teaching and part-time positions may be available.
*3147 - High School Summer School Teacher - $27.64 per hour. Position available in grades 9-12 at Granada High School working a total of 174 hours. Hours include: 5.25 hours per day (7:45-1:00) and 27 hours prep time, set up and staff meetings. The program will run five days per week, for a total of 28 instructional days. Positions are open to students who will be entering 9-12 grade in the fall of 2008 and will involve working in the summer school program with elementary age students in grades 1-5. Applicants must be 14 years of age by June 23, 2008. Must be dependable and have good leadership skills. English and/or Spanish speakers desired. All successful candidates will be required to obtain a work permit and enroll in a summer Work Experience Program through Granada High School.
